Javi Guerra, Diego Lopez and Mosquera's Spain U21 end 2025 European qualifiers unbeaten
The Under-21s beat Malta to finish top of Group B with 28 points
Valencia CF players Javi Guerra, Diego López and Cristhian Mosquera have finished the qualifying stage of Group B unbeaten after beating Malta 6-0 and Kazakhstan 4-3 during the international break in October.
In these two matches Javi Guerra was a starter and played the whole game against Malta, against Kazakhstan he played 20 minutes. Diego López was in the XI against Kazakhstan and played 59 minutes. Cristhian Mosquera was also a starter against Kazakhstan, playing the whole match.
La Rojita' have finished top of group “B” with 28 points after 9 wins and 1 draw in the 10 matches played so far. The Spanish U-21 team are the team who have scored the most goals in the group (28) and conceded the fewest (5).
Spain's qualification for the European Championships in 2025 means they will be at their eighth European Championship in the last nine, making it their fifth consecutive appearance at the continental tournament.
